This release applies to text, photographic, audio or video recordings collected as part of "The Catalyst True Ghost Stories Archive."

 

I hereby grant permission to the rights of my text document, image, likeness and/or sound of my voice as recorded and submitted by me for "The Catalyst True Ghost Stories Archive" to Monkey Brains, LLC.  I understand that my submitted text, image, likeness and/or voice will not be used in any illegal or inappropriate manner, and may be transcribed, edited, copied, exhibited, published or distributed. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product. Additionally, I submit my story expecting no payment or any other consideration, and waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of my submission. 

 

There is no time limit on the validity of this release nor is there any geographic limitation on where these materials may be distributed.
